Adorable Snowman Cupcakes



Enjoy these cute snowman cupcakes this winter. They are fun to make and even more fun to eat. These cute cupcakes will make everyone smile and are great for holiday parties and other fun events.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • White frosting
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Orange decorating gel
  • Black decorating gel
  • Pretzel sticks

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners

In a mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water

Mix until well combined

Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the cake batter

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack

Once the cupcakes are cool, frost them with white frosting to create the snowman's body

Place two mini marshmallows on top of the frosting for the snowman's head

Use mini chocolate chips to create the eyes and mouth of the snowman

Use the orange decorating gel to make the carrot-shaped nose

Break pretzel sticks in half and insert them into the sides of the cupcake to create the snowman's arms

Finally, use the black decorating gel to draw buttons down the snowman's body

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups cubed day-old bread
  • 1 can 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions:

Grease the slow cooker insert

Place the cubed bread in the slow cooker

Do it again with the rest of the potatoes and cream mixture

Put foil over the baking dish and bake for 40 minutes

Take off the foil and bake the potatoes for another 20 minutes, or until they are soft and golden brown

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh chives

Cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper should all be added now

For an extra 5 minutes, cook

Put the peppers in a baking dish and fill each one with the beef mixture

Shred some cheese on top of each stuffed pepper

For 25 to 30 minutes, or until the peppers are soft and the cheese is melted and bubbly, bake in an oven that has already been heated

If you want, you can add fresh cilantro as a garnish before serving

Add more decoration by attaching edible pearls or sprinkles while the colored candy is still wet

Before serving, let the cake pops completely set
