Instructions:
Unwrap the oatmeal cream pies and place them in a bowl
Use your hands to crumble the oatmeal cream pies into fine crumbs
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth and fully melted
Add the oatmeal cream pie crumbs to the melted white chocolate and mix until well combined
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls
Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray
Insert cake pop sticks into the center of each ball
Refrigerate the tray for about 15-20 minutes to allow the cake pops to set
