Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy
Remove bacon and set aside
In the same skillet, add diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides
Transfer chicken to the slow cooker
Add potatoes, onion, garlic, chicken broth, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker
