- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased and floured
Put white chocolate chips and butter in a small saucepan
Melt them over low heat while stirring all the time
Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit
Mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until everything is well mixed
Slowly add the melted white chocolate mixture to the egg mixture while mixing it in
Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined
Pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree should be mixed well in a small bowl
Once the baking pan is ready, spread half of the brownie batter into it
Spread the pumpkin mix out over the brownie batter in an even layer
Add spoonfuls of the rest of the brownie batter to the pumpkin mix
Mix the brownie and pumpkin mixtures together with a knife to make them look like marble
In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Let the brownies cool all the way in the pan before you cut them into bars
